Help...

"Cas...."
"Yes?" Castiel looked up into the larger man's eyes.
"I don't think we should do this.."
"Why not?" He asked confused.
"What about Dean? I thought you loved him?" Sam frowned sadly.
"I do but, this vessel, it craves sexual release."
"I can't Cas. Dean's my brother. I can't do this to-" Sam was cut off by his older brother that walked through the door to find his lover straddling his naked younger brother. "Dean! It's not want it looks like!" Sam cried in distress.
"Save it Sam! I don't want to hear it!" Dean yelled as he turned around and stormed out the door.
Sam heard the roar of the Impala as it sped off down the road before he could even find his pants to run out after his heartbroken brother. Dean drove for a good while, well over the speed limit, before pulling over and banging his fist on the dashboard. He sat there in complete silence for about ten minutes except for the occasional car passing by, before completely breaking down in tears.
Sam laid there against the door, too upset to even shed a tear. Castiel had fluttered off a few seconds after Dean stormed off, too confused and scared to know what to do.
"...Sam...why..." Dean sobbed, with his face buried in his hands. "...I was always there for you...wasn't I..? I always loved you...ever since the beginning...wasn't I enough..?"
"...what did I do...?" Sam contemplated to the lonely, empty, motel room. "...he was always there for me...ever since the beginning...I'm so sorry Dean...I don't deserve his love..." Sam then spotted one of their guns sticking out of the duffle bag on the floor. "...maybe he will be better off without me..."
Dean then got this sudden feeling that at this moment, his little brother needed him now more than ever. He sat up straight, wiped away his tears, put on a brave face and raced back to the motel saying, "Hold on Sammy, I'm coming."
Dean burst through the door yelling, "IM SORRY SA...." He was interrupted by the puddle of blood on the floor that surrounded his younger brother's body, with blood covered gun not far from Sam's hand. Dean dropped to his knees, destroyed. He had no words. No tears. No emotions. Everything was gone. His little brother. His best friend. His whole world. The one that was always by his side. The only one he truly love. The only one he ever really cared about. Gone.
For two hours, for two hours he sat there. The only thing he could think was his father yelling, "QUICK! TAKE YOUR BROTHER AND RUN!"
Slowly he crawled over to the limp bloody, sat next to him and shook his shoulders gently. "Come on bitch...wake up...wake up and call me a jerk...you're suppose to call me a jerk...please...wake up..."
For the first time in his life, Dean found himself praying to God. "...please...don't take him...oh god please don't take him from me...he's all I have...please god...help...please..."
Suddenly, the dark room slowly filled up with a pail blue light. And at the centre of that light, stood an Angel of The Lord. It wasn't the kind of angel Dean was used to seeing either. This angel was dressed in white robes. Head adorned with a glowing, gold halo. Large white wings spread out as if ready to take flight. It was the most pure and beautiful sight Dean has ever set his eyes on.
"Dean Winchester," Her voice was soft and soothing. He had never heard a sweeter sound. "What makes you think you are worthy enough to call upon my God? You have denounced his existence ever chance you've received. Why should he help you?"
Tears pouring down his face, "Please...help him...not me...save my brother please...he doesn't deserve this...please..." As those last words passed his lips, the angel slowly started to fade away into the dark.
Watching this, Dean pulled his brother's body close to him and hugged it tight, crying, burying his face into the bloody shirt as his tears poured out of his eyes.
Dean stopped his crying as he felt a ever so faint beat of a heart inside Sam's chest. He stared at his brother in awe as Sam opened his eyes slowly and whispered the word, "Jerk."
